Operating from two convenient locations around Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills, Sandra creates a welcoming and nourishing sanctuary for you to work towards wellness.

You can find Sandra in a beautiful private cottage hidden away at the back of Patch Kitchen and Garden in Stirling, or in our comfortable and relaxing space in Woodville.

Online sessions are also available to support you if you are not able to make it in for an appointment, or live in another part of the world.
