Sandra’s hope is to create a space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions, gain awareness of yourself and your world, and become empowered with the tools you need to navigate any of life’s challenges.

Sandra offers therapeutic sessions for adults and adolescents over the age of 16. Although Sandra holds a degree in Psychology, her approach moves away from diagnosis and instead focuses on understanding how a person has adapted to their life experience as a way to survive.
